Norma Group is searching PRODUCT LINE MANAGER (MARKETING DEPARTMENT) responsable for all marketing, product development and sustaining activities including the following:
- With an in depth understanding of the marketplace, lead the development of innovative products and programs that are superior to the competition
- Work as a key member of the product management team involved in the strategic planning process with primary focus on channel marketing and product planning
- Manage the coordination of sales training and promotional activity as it relates to the enhancing the market position
- Working with engineering, manufacturing and the sales function in continually improving product quality and enhancing the Norma Group's brand image
- Co-operate in the global water committee and implement cross selling
Responsibilities:
- Manage Product portfolio in order to improve brand image and to increase market share sales and profitability
- Drive Product Development projects
- Support sales team to develop customer relationship and business
- Support markets to develop business across regions
- Support forecast accuracy in order to improve service level and reduce cost of stocks in conjunction with the DS Supply Chain Manager
- Participates in the strategy water footprint definition and implementation in Europe
- Development of a 3 year product road map for key categories cooperating closely with the innovation and engineering team to formulate a strategy which achieves growth and profitability
- Identify opportunities for sales growth through New Product Development
- Work with Strategic Brand Manager on product branding strategies
- Interact regularly with purchasing, quality, supply and engineering teams
- Being the first point of contact for product related inquiries
Marketing Plan:
- Define Product mix (price and quantity, margin and growth)
- Forecast accordingly and follow up results
- Analyze, follow-up the market and competitors
- New product introduction planning
- Strategic planning for Marketing activities
Your Profile:
- An graduate degree in engineering or business and five or more years' experience in marketing management and sales related activities in Water Management
- A person with proven, excellent communication
- A high-energy individual with eagerness to learn and excel
- Demonstrated product development and launch experience
- High creativity level
- Strategic
Spanish, French and English fluent level required.
